1) Deposits
If your Order requires a deposit, the deposit is generally non-refundable once work begins, unless stated otherwise in writing.
2) Work Performed
Because creative services involve time and labor, refunds are not available for work already performed. If a project is canceled mid-way, you may be invoiced for work completed up to that point.
3) Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work begins, you may request a refund minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., payment processor fees) where applicable.
4) Quality Issues
If you believe deliverables materially differ from the agreed Order scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our first remedy is to correct the issue within the revision policy described in your Order.
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of delivery and future services.
